Do You Use Cold-Chain Shipping?
Yes.
Temperature-sensitive products are shipped using insulated cold-chain packaging and qualified cooling materials selected to help maintain appropriate transit temperatures.
Packaging configurations may vary depending on the products ordered, destination, seasonal conditions, and expected transit time.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking information and promptly transferring temperature-sensitive products to appropriate storage conditions immediately upon delivery.
What Happens If My Package Is Left Outside After Delivery?
ELLIXON Bio carefully prepares temperature-sensitive shipments using appropriate cold-chain packaging; however, once a shipment has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the recipient.
ELLIXON Bio is not responsible for product degradation resulting from:
- Packages left unattended after delivery.
- Exposure to excessive heat, cold, sunlight, or other environmental conditions after delivery.
- Failure to refrigerate or otherwise store products in accordance with applicable recommendations.
- Melted cooling materials resulting from packages remaining unattended after successful delivery.
Customers are encouraged to ship orders to locations where deliveries can be received promptly.

As our company grows, international availability may be expanded based upon applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and operational capabilities.
Can I Track My Shipment?
Yes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
